Many of you already have your bike and a trainer. What’s great about the CrossCycle® program is how little equipment you need.

ClubFit

Get ready for a 60-minute total-body conditioning class designed for cyclists, triathletes, and fitness enthusiasts looking to incorporate strength training into their routine without sacrificing endurance strength. The entire class takes place inside the cycling studio, however unlike an ordinary cycling class, CrossCycle® focuses specifically on improving total-body and core strength in endurance athletes who tend to neglect strength training during their off season.


Following a warmup on the bike, CrossCycle® participants typically begin with a 10 minute cycling phase replicating an outdoor ride experience before dismounting and performing a circuit of exercises utilizing a body bar and your very own body weight. Each exercise is timed betweeen 30-60 seconds to reach muscle failure until participants start the next cycling phase.

Since CrossCycle® was originally developed for endurance mountain bike training, all cycling phases bring the outdoor experience indoors by delivering actual drills that replicate outdoor riding. Your cadence and watts (power) are monitored throughout class to ensure an indoor cycling experience that mimics the feeling of hills, intervals, and speed.

Unlike an ordinary indoor cycling class, CrossCycle® integrates endurance strength training and total-body conditioning. With the help of a weighted body bar and your body weight, exercises performed may include squats, lunges, burpee's, shoulder press, back rows, push ups, plank variations, and many others. Perticipants typically are given 4 exercises and have up to 60 seconds to perform each one before moving onto the next without rest until the entire circuit is complete.

It's a combination that will really increase your fitness levels and burn calories like never before.


RaceFit

A whole line of programs with various levels and intensities that allow you to follow at your own time at home or local gym. With minimal equipment you can perform this complete total-body endurance and strength workout in 60 minutes!

CrossCycle® programs focus on building total-body strength, core strength, and endurance strength. Whether you follow our printed programs or one of many DVD’s, we have designed them to be completely compatible with your current training schedule.


 

For those of you who have motivation to workout on your own time and are committed to results, we have ready-made cost effective programs which you can print out and take to the gym with you. The programs are easy to follow and complete with picture references.

With various levels to choose one you can guaruntee a program right for you. Look for these programs to become available in our online shop soon!

We are excited to soon offer DVD's for all endurance athletes! CrossCycle® DVD's will offer video training at your home using your own bike and equipment. Levels 1-5 will be available as well as an Ultra Endurance level for top athletes looking for serious training.
